Delise West holds over 18 years of experience in the field of human resource management in a variety of industries, including biotechnology, manufacturing, staffing, and healthcare. As a Human Resource Generalist, she has experience in all areas of the HR function.

Her most recent corporate position as U.S. Human Resources Director allowed her to demonstrate her strong project management skills during mergers and acquistions as well as her ability to deliver results on time and within budget. She has provided coaching and consultation to CEOs and corporate Management Teams, enabling them to make appropriate employment-related decisions that were both legally defensible and right for the organization’s workforce and culture.

Delise understands that in order to meet her client’s human resource objectives, it is essential that she have an in-depth understanding of her client’s needs and company culture, then providing flexible solutions to meet those needs. Her calm, professional and knowledgeable approach in the midst of challenging and sometimes volatile employment situations fosters the trust of her clients.

Delise received her BA from San Diego State University and completed SDSU’s two-year Human Resources Certificate program. She is a member of several professional organizations, including The Society for Human Resource Management, New Hampshire Women’s Business Center, and New Hampshire High Tech Counsel. She is an active committee member for the NH MIT Enterprise Forum.
