Rebecca has over 10 years of diverse Human Resources experience working in various industries such as Healthcare, Higher Education, Manufacturing and the Technology sector. In her work as an HR Generalist she has demonstrated her strong ability to manage challenging situations in a calm and professional manner. Her knowledge of HR and the key roll it can play in an organization combined with her strength in technology has helped organizations increase their efficiency and compliance.
Having worked as the sole HR generalist at prior organizations she has been able to touch all disciplines within the HR function including employee relations, performance management, and recruiting. Rebecca was the HR Lead and Analyst for a transformational Enterprise Resource Planning/Human Capital Management project at a wholesale/manufacturing organization, assisting the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Human Resources with scoping, implementation, testing and employee training. She is familiar with several of the leading HRIS platforms, as well as their talent management modules.
Rebecca earned her MBA with a concentration on Global Business from Southern New Hampshire University and her Bachelor’s from the University of New Hampshire. She is also an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and a member of Manchester Area Human Resources Association.
